These pearls are lovely. Armed with that described information, I comparison shopped at jewelry box sores and found the quality inferior, and pricing exorbitant at the local jewelry stores. This is a very nice set of cultured pearls, very pretty and they are a good value for the price.
I am by no means a jewelry expert but this necklace appears to be very high quality. The pearls are very uniform and spherical, but not in a costume jewelry plastic-like way. The clasp is a little tricky at first but manageable even to put on and take off yourself.
